Our goal is to ensure that 50% of housing in each community district is affordable, promoting equitable access to housing for all residents in a new NYC.

In the under-affordable communities, filter potential sites that are suitable for affordable housing development.

Create typologies for affordable housing massings.

For sites at different sizes, different housing typologies are proposed to fit-in the site.

For typologies A, B, and C, the massing will grow and adapt to the site based on FAR variations.
