Generating Affordable Housing in Manhattan Communities

In response to the displacement caused by market-rate and luxury developments, our project identifies locations and types for future affordable housing construction based on population density changes. Our goal is to ensure that 50% of housing in each community district is affordable, promoting equitable access to housing for all residents in a new NYC.
